Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All orders in Lithuania are delivered with Omniva and LP express services. For foreign shipments we use DHL services.

Please make sure your billing and delivery addresses are correct when placing your order. Please note that your billing address must be the same as the address on your credit card statement. We may need to confirm your details with your card issuer before we can dispatch your purchases. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

We work hard to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. We will process your order within 48 hours. Please note that it may take longer during our sale periods.

Delivery times are normally around 2-5 working days, but delivery times may vary during festive periods or major annual sales. Please note that in some areas the range of delivery services is limited. LOULU ET TU cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We do not accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels.

Parcel delivery prices:

Lithuania - 3,20 € LP EXPRESS or Omniva delivery to the post office.

FREE delivery for all orders over €150. In Lithuania, LP EXPRESS and Omniva parcel services deliver to post offices.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

You can return your parcel for FREE with Omniva and LP EXPRESS parcel terminals. If you are returning via Omniva - you must fill in the online IR return form, which can be found here https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/. For LP EXPRESS - you ONLY need to fill in the paper return form and put it with your parcel. RETURN FORM.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The goods must also be in their original packaging and have the original labels. We will not be able to accept returns that are not in the correct condition. Do not forget to enclose the return form below with your parcel.

When returning goods, you must enclose the return form inside the parcel.

Omniva return policy:

Returns are FREE.

If you wish to return the goods, you can do so within 14 days.

The money will be refunded to the account specified by the buyer within 3-5 working days after the return is confirmed. If the payment was made by credit card, the money is refunded via the system of your choice to the same account.

Goods specially manufactured or customised to the Customer's requirements are not exchanged or refunded.

When returning goods to the Customer, the following conditions must be observed: the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition; the goods must be intact; the goods must not have been used and must not have lost their merchantable appearance (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods); the returned goods must be in the same condition of the goods as when received.

The returned goods must not have been worn, must be undamaged and must not have lost their merchantable appearance.

LP EXPRESS return policy:

Returns are FREE.

You must receive a refund code via SMS, which will be valid for 14 days from the date of receipt.

If you wish to return the goods, you can do so within 14 days.

You can return your parcel via post offices and LP EXPRESS parcels sent "Post Office to Post Office" and "Hand to Post Office".

If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made via the system of your choice to the same account.

The returned goods must not have been worn, must be in good condition and must not have lost their merchantable appearance.

What are the steps required for the recipient customer to send the returned parcel via a post office?

When you arrive at the post office, select "Return":

Then enter the return code received by SMS:

If the code is correct, the post office will print a sticker and open the box for the parcel to be inserted. You have to seal the sticker and put the parcel inside.

Once the parcel has been inserted, close the door and the return process is complete.

If you would like to open a larger box for your parcel, then while the return sticker has printed and the box is open, you can click on the button on the screen "Larger box" and select the size you want.

Late or non-receipt of refunds:

If you haven't received your money yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially announced. It often takes about 3-5 working days for a refund to be processed. Starting from the date the refund is approved.

Changes

Exchanges are only available for defective items. We strive to ensure that each of our products is of the highest quality, but if you receive a defective product, please email us at info@louluettu.lt and we will help you make a replacement.
